Tiffany Chambers • Gym Owner & Coach
Contact Tiffany!Tiffany Chambers founded Almaden Spirit Athletics in 2009 and serves as our exceptional Program Director! With nearly 20 years of coaching experience in the Almaden and Morgan Hill Communities, Tiffany has led successful All-Star, High School, and Middle School Cheer and Hip-Hop programs. She currently coaches at Valley Christian High School.
A former Golden State Warriors Cheerleader, JAMZ Staff Member, and National Champion, Tiffany brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the industry. Her extensive background in competitive cheer and hip-hop has shaped her into a respected leader in the field.
In 2017, Tiffany led her Open Elite Hip Hop Team, Paragon, to remarkable success at The Dance Worlds, where they earned a prestigious 2nd Place in the Nation and 3rd Place in the World!
When she’s not at ASA, Tiffany can be found spending time with her two children, Trevon and Kira.
Kaitlin Erisman • Gym Manager & Coach
Contact Kaitlin!Kaitlin is ASA’s Gym Manager, as well as Head Coach of Teams Chrome, Jasper, Lil Roxx and Valley Christian High School! In 2024, she led Team Sapphire to win ASA’s first-ever Dance Summit Championship! Kaitlin truly does it all – she manages our all star program and can answer any questions about all things ASA. In her free time, Kaitlin can be found at the beach with her friends and family!
Shefali Bhagath • Enrollment & Billing Manager
Contact Shefali!Shefali is ASA’s Enrollment & Billing Manager, and has been with ASA since 2013 as an Athlete and Head Coach! She manages our Customer Portal and can answer any questions regarding enrollments and billing for your athlete! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and teaching tricks to her cat, Franklin!

Coach Briana Estrada
Contact Coach Bri!Coach Bri is a Head Coach of Teams Titanium X and Sunstones, as well as a Tumbling Instructor for our Group Classes! She has worked for UCA Cheer Camps, and has 16 years of All-Star and Sideline Cheer experience. Coach Bri just completed her Master’s Degree at SJSU and is eager to begin her career in education!
Coach Mia Ruiz
Contact Coach Mia!Coach Mia is the Head Coach of Team Onyx, as well as an Instructor for our Hip Hop Workshops! She has danced at the collegiate level, and has 10 years of Competitive Studio Dance experience. In her free time, she enjoys finding new restaurants, taking care of plants, and cuddling with her cat, Pharaoh!
Coach Ria Sastri
Contact Coach Ria!Coach Ria is a Head Coach of Teams Chrome, Aqua, and Tiny Jewels, as well as a Tumbling Instructor for our Group Classes! She has 15 years of All Star Cheer and Hip Hop experience. As an athlete, she has made it to finals numerous times at both the Dance Summit & D2 Summit. She was also awarded ASA's 2022 Gem of the Gym.
In her free time, she loves spending time with friends at the beach.
Coach Hannah Stapleton

She has cheered at the D1 Collegiate Cheer level, and has 8 years of All Star Cheer experience. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym and spending time with friends!

She is currently on our Senior Premier Hip Hop Team, Onyx, and has 8 years of All Star Hip Hop and 2 years of All Star Cheer experience. Coach Roy
Contact Coach Roy!Roy Adam Lucas is originally from San Diego, California and has been in the cheer industry for over 30 years as an athlete, gym owner at South Bay Elite which evolved into Nor Cal Elite, choreographer, mentor and one of the leaders in the West Coast.
After transitioning to choreography and consulting the opportunities have expanded to not only choreography but also judging in many different countries. Roy has worked as a judging and consulting with school, collegiate, all star and professional dance teams in the United States, Colombia, Ecuador, Spain, New Zealand, Mexico City and Australia.
Coach Mike
Contact Coach Mike!Coach Mike has been a tumbling coach since 2012, bringing extensive experience in both competitive gymnastics and Allstar cheer tumbling. He specializes in power tumbling and strength training, helping athletes develop their skills and achieve personal goals. In addition to coaching at ASA’s San Jose location, Mike also teaches at our sister gym, Titans Sports Academy in Morgan Hill. Outside the gym, he enjoys hiking and spending time at the beach with his wife and four children.
